Frozen vegetable processing line to Kenya

Frozen vegetable is very poplular in the world. This line is exported to Kenya. Mainly use for process frozen broccoli, corn, green peas and etc. 

This line mainly include washing machine, hot water blanching machine, cooling machine and vegetable centrifuge dryer.

1. Bubble washing machine clean vegetables in water tank. Spraying nozzles clean vegetables again.

2. Blanching machine is heated by steam. Hot water cook vegetables quickly. To keep the color green.

3. 2nd Bubble washing machine can reduce the temperature of vegetable.

4. Use centrifuge dryer to remove the extra water.

5. Deliver vegetables to IQF machine.
