Palm dates processing line include elevator, vibrator, selecting conveyor with lamp, spraying machine, air dying machine, oven, elevator, size grading machine.
1. Vibrator: Remove small impurity, such like leaves, sand, dust, stone and etc. With high pressure air knives to blow dust down. With spraying nozzles to clean plam dates at 1st step.
2. Selecting conveyor with lamp: Has 3 or more lanes which for putting different kinds palm dates. Raw, good, bad and etc.
3. Spraying machine: Nozzles spraying water to clean palm dates. Water is recycled. Polishing brush is optional if need.
4. Air drying machine: With high pressure wind from upside to blow water drop down. Hot air fan is available if need.
5. Oven: Heating by electric. Temperature is adjustable. Conveyor speed is adjustable. Upside cover can be lifed for easy cleaning.
6. Grading machine: Sorting dates according to size.
